Adenovirus Production and Purification

The PVM-IGMM facility is dedicated to the production of recombinant adenovectors for research projects. The platform produces human adenoviruses (HAdV, serotypes 2 and 5) as well as canine adenoviruses (CAV-2).

Depending on user needs, the production of so-called helper-dependent vectors is available upon request, as well as custom vector production, tailored to the specific constraints of each project.

The produced adenovectors can be used in in vitro and in vivo applications, taking into account the properties specific to this type of vector.
