PVM : Facilities

The platform consists of two technical facilities, located in two institutes in Montpellier. We have relied on the expertise of local research teams to offer our services to the entire academic and private scientific community. In 2008, the first facility was established at IGF, specializing in Lentivirus and AAV.

In 2013, the Human and Canine Adenovirus facility joined the PVM platform. It is located at IGMM.

The Lentivirus and AAV Facility

The PVM Lentivirus / AAV facility offers production of lentiviral, retroviral, and AAV vectors according to validated procedures, including purification and titration. It supports users in selecting the systems and production formats suitable for in vitro and in vivo applications.

The Human and Canine Adenovirus Facility

The PVM Adenovirus facility provides production of human adenovectors (HAdV 2 and 5) and canine adenovectors (CAV-2), as well as helper-dependent or custom vectors. Productions are carried out according to protocols ensuring the safety and quality of the delivered particles.
